Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 c. molasses
5 1/2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put in fridge overnight.
Roll out dough and cut with cutter.
Bake at 360\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
