Mikey'S Pecan Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift together your flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add sugar and mix well.
    Make a well in the center and add your oil, eggs, water and pumpkin.
    After mixing well, add your nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
