Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 bananas, mashed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. raisins
    2/3 c. water (to cook raisins)
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. nuts
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Start by cooking raisins slowly in small amount of water about 8 minutes. Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and bananas. Mix well and add flour, salt and nuts. Put in raisins and their juice; add soda to warm raisin water. Mix; add vanilla. Stir well and put in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
