Delicious Waffle Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. good biscuit mix (Pioneer)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/3 c. club soda
Preparation
    Mix together and pour on waffle iron. THIS MIXTURE WILL NOT KEEP. However, you can cook it all and freeze. Then heat in toaster oven (not microwave). These will be as crisp as if just baked.
