Ingredients

2 c. cornflakes
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
pinch of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 egg whites
Preparation

Cream butter with sugar.
Add beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Add pecans, vanilla and cornflakes last.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet.
Bake in a very slow oven for 1 hour.
Watch carefully.
