Cream Puff In A Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 small boxes vanilla or French vanilla instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    chocolate syrup (hot fudge sauce is really much better)
Preparation
    Bring water and butter to a boil.
    Add the flour and beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Mixture will be very gooey.
    Spread into greased jelly roll pan (a cookie sheet with sides will work just as well).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    While it is baking, it will get all puffy and sort of distorted.
    Let cool.
    Beat together pudding, milk and cream cheese.
    Spread over cooled crust.
    Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture.
    Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Note:
    If using hot fudge sauce, which is much thicker than chocolate syrup, you may have to put it in a squirt bottle or an icing bag to drizzle it over the Cool Whip.
    It's a little more work, but it's worth the extra bother.
