Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, grated with skin
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix together all liquid ingredients; set aside.
    Mix all dry ingredients; combine with liquid mixture.
    Mix in nuts.
    Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
