Spaghetti Pie(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/4 c. egg substitute
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. tub margarine
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
15 oz. lean ground beef, broiled 2 minutes
2 tsp. olive oil
1 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. chopped scallions
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/4 oz. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In large bowl, toss together spaghetti, egg substitute, margarine, Parmesan cheese and parsley; set aside.
In large, nonstick skillet, heat oil.
Add beef and pepper and cook, stirring to break up meat, until vegetables are tender and beef is no longer pink.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese.
Simmer 5 to 6 minutes, until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 ounce of the Mozzarella cheese.
