Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Libby's solid packed pumpkin
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. softened butter
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs.
Add the dry ingredients and butter.
Mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Pour in well-greased pan (9 x 9 x 3-inch) loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
