Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix together.
Makes two 5 x 9 pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in greased pans.
