Sweet And Sour Sauce For Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    flour
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. catsup
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 to 3 garlic cloves or garlic powder
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Dip pork chops in beaten egg, then in flour.
    Quick-fry both sides.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and cook for 10 minutes.
    Pour sauce over pork chops in electric skillet and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Messy, but good!
