Zucchini Squares(40 Appetizer Pieces) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. shredded zucchini, drained
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram
2 cloves minced garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
4 eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
parsley

Preparation

Mix well and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cut into small squares and serve.
