Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. shortening
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1/2 c. water
    9 oz. mincemeat
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix flour and
    cinnamon.
    Beat sugar, shortening, eggs, pumpkin and
    water;
    then add flour mix.
    Mix in mincemeat and nuts.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.\tCool.
