Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 well beaten eggs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and whip with an electric mixer until mixture is smooth and creamy.
    Turn into
    a large casserole dish. Refrigerate until ready to heat for serving.
    When ready
    to serve,
    bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour
    or
    until
    heated through. Serve hot.
