Honey Pumpkin Bread(One Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. honey
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    5 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 egg yolks
    3/4 c. cooked and mashed pumpkin
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. each salt, powdered cinnamon and powdered anise
    3/4 c. each coarsely chopped walnuts and dates
    1/2 c. dried apricots, soaked 5 minutes in hot water, then drained and chopped
Preparation
    Stir together honey, milk and sugar over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool 10 minutes, then beat in butter.
    Cool 10 minutes more and beat in egg yolks and pumpkin.
    Sift dry ingredients together, then sift them again into the batter.
    Mix thoroughly. Fold in fruit and nuts.
    Turn batter into greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 1 1/4 hours or until bread tests done.
    Cool in pan 15 minutes and then turn out on rack. Serve warm with butter or cream cheese.
