Pork Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peanut or vegetable oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/8 tsp. coriander
    3 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    In shallow glass dish, combine all ingredients except pork. Add pork coating with marinade, cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours stirring occasionally.
    Drain pork; reserve marinade.
    Thread pork on skewers, grill 5 to 6 minutes or until done basting with marinade.
