Coconut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients and stir well.\tCombine egg, milk and vanilla; stir well.
Stir into flour mixture.
Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.\tTest with pick.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove and cool on rack.\tMakes 1 loaf.
