Beef Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Crisco oil
    1 lb. round steak, in strips *
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    2 green peppers, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oil in electric skillet, uncovered, at 325\u00b0.
    Add meat and brown.
    Remove to serving dish.
    Add onion and pepper slices to skillet; cook until just tender.
