Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini (about 4 small)
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 dried marjoram or oregano leaves
    Dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spread in 9 x 13 greased pan.
    Bake until golden brown, about 40 minutes, at 350\u00b0.
    Cut into pieces about 1 x 2-inch.
    Makes 4 dozen.
