Jiffy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
6 hamburger buns
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Preparation

Crumble meat into casserole dish.
Stir in peppers and onion. Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until meat loses pink color when stirred.
Drain meat mixture well.
