Ingredients

3/4 c. boiling water
1 envelope sugar-free jello (raspberry)
1 apple, washed, cored and diced (skin and all)
1 c. raw cranberries
1/2 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
Preparation

Put cranberries and apples in blender with jello.
Blend well until berries are very fine.
Pour in bowl and add finely chopped celery (adds texture).
Do not blend celery with berries and apples.
Good with fowl.
