Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. flavored bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/4 c. Romano cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Place ground meat in large bowl.
    Add bread crumbs, onion, garlic powder, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.
    Mix well with hands. Make meatballs.
    Cook on top of stove or in the oven.
    Drain. Spread sauce over all.
    Simmer on top of stove or in oven for 45 minutes.
