Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
    1 c. oil
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. nuts
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix pumpkin, oil, water, eggs and sugar together.
    In separate bowl, measure out flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour mixture into 4 medium size pans; spray pans with Pam or grease and flour first. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool in pans for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from pans and let cool on racks before wrapping in foil.
