Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift
dry
ingredients\t(flour, baking powder, soda and salt). Cream
butter,
add
sugar
gradually and eggs and mix thoroughly.
Add bananas to creamed mixture, then dry ingredients. Mix
well\tand
add
nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
