Chinese Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth
    2 oz. pea pods, shredded
    4 oz. bok choy, shredded
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Bring chicken broth to boil.
    Add pea pods and bok choy; simmer until vegetables are cooked, about 4 minutes.
    While broth is simmering, add beaten eggs, stirring constantly while adding the eggs.
    (Egg mixture will cook quickly once it is added to hot broth.)
    Serve.
