Cathedral Window Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    3 c. colored marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. coconut
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips and butter in pan.
    Remove from heat and add beaten egg.
    Mix well.
    Fold in marshmallows and chopped nuts. Roll in 2 rolls on waxed paper in coconut.
    Refrigerate several hours, then slice and store in tight container.
