Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 medium-sized bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs, flour, soda and salt, mixing well after each addition.
    Fold in bananas and nuts.
    Pour into pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven until pick inserted in middle comes out clean.
