Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking apples
1 heaping Tbsp. white raisins
1/3 c. sherry
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon-sugar
1/4 c. raspberry preserves
whipped cream
Preparation

Core and remove all peel from apples except for a broad ring around the base. Place raisins and sherry in a glass measuring cup and microcook 1 minute.
Drain raisins, divide raisins and seasonings among apples, filling core.
Microwave on High for 9 to 10 minutes.
Top with whipped cream.
