1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. quick oats
1 c. coconut
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
With an electric mixer, mix margarine, brown sugar, white sugar, salad oil, egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, sift together the salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and flour.
Once the margarine-sugar mixture is mixed and creamy, add the sifted dry ingredients using a large spoon to mix together.
With a teaspoon, drop dough onto cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
