Honey Whole Wheat Bread Or Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. honey
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lard, melted
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    4 to 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Note:
    Be careful not to kill yeast with water hotter than 115\u00b0.
    If in doubt, use a thermometer to check.
