Molded Banana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small banana
    1/2 envelope gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water and cool to room temperature.
    Slice 1/2 banana into individual molds.
    Pour gelatin over fruit and stir.
    Chill until set.
    Yield:
    2 servings. Carbohydrate 8 g, protein 2 g, fat 0 g, calories 40.
    One serving = 1 fruit exchange.
