1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3 well beaten eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and

into well-greased muffin tins. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
