Fresh Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 to 3 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together first 3 ingredients. Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Add apples, nuts and vanilla to creamed ingredients. Stir in flour mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
