Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat sugar and peanut butter until creamy.
Add beaten egg. Mix well and add vanilla.
Shape dough into a large ball.
Pinch off pieces.
Shape into 1-inch balls (marble size) and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Place 2 inches apart.
Press with a fork, making cross marks and flattening.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes until brown.
Let cool before removing from cookie sheet. Results: Crispy cookies.
