Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 c. nonfat or low-fat sour cream
    1/2 c. nonfat or low-fat milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes until nearly cooked, but still firm.
    Allow to cool, then peel and grate.
    Drizzle the melted margarine over the grated potatoes.
    In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients well.
    Add to the potatoes.
    Place potatoes in a 9-inch square or round baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
