Ingredients

1/2 c. or 1 stick softened butter or margarine
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
cooking spray or extra butter (for greasing cookie sheet)

Preparation

You will also need 4 to 6 cookie cutters of your choice.
