Pecan Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp. butternut flavoring
1 c. pecans
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation

Cream
margarine,
shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add
eggs.
Combine
flour and baking powder.
Add to creamed
mixture
alternately with milk
and flavorings.
Fold in pecans.
Bake in greased 10-inch tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
