Carrot Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil, undrained pineapple, carrots, nuts and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients together and mix together.
    Add to mixture.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans, bottom lined with wax paper; pans greased and floured.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
