Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cream cheese
    1 small taco sauce (4 oz.)
    1 pkg. dry taco mix
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    3 oz. salt pork
    2 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. granulated gelatin (replacing whatever Grandma used for gelatin)
    1 1/4 c. stock or bouillon
    1 double 10-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion together.
    Add seasonings.
    Put mixture into pie crust and cover with top crust.
    Cut a small hole in center of top crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours (lowering heat if crust browns too quickly).
    Mix stock or bouillon with gelatin and pour slowly through the hole in top crust.
    Let cool and chill until the gelatin sets.
