Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 c. milk
4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Scald milk and cool.
Combine flour, sugar and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Combine eggs with milk. Add yeast and liquids to flour mixture.
Mix lightly until flour is moist.
Do not knead.
Divide the dough in 1/3; roll out like cinnamon rolls.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on rolled out dough. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes.
