Venison Sausage Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean venison
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 tsp. lemon peel
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
Preparation
    Grind the venison with the bacon. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and form into patties. Cook until well done.
