Chilies Rellenos Con Queso(Green Chilies Stuffed With Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 can whole green chilies, rinsed gently to get seeds out (1 can usually has 4 chilies, I figure 1 can per guest)
Preparation
    Cut
    cheese
    in
    rectangles
    about
    1/2-inch
    thick and 1-inch long.
    Cut\tchilies
    into
    2 strips and wrap around the cheese, securing with a toothpick or I leave the chilies whole and stuff the
    cheese, cut at an angle, down into the chilies. This is easier
    and
    less time consuming.
    Lay in a casserole dish and cover with sauce.
