Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. grated lemon peel plus 1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Grease a loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl combine flour ingredients.
Mix butter, milk, eggs, lemon peel and lemon extract until smooth.
Add this to flour mix.
Stir just until flour is moistened.
Pour into pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely.
Makes 1 loaf.
