Cheese Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda; stir in cheese.
    In another bowl, combine egg, sour cream, oil and milk; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
    Turn onto a floured surface and knead gently 10-12 times.
    Gently pat out to 1/3 inch thickness. Cut with a 3 inch heart-shaped cookie cutter.
    Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
