Banana Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium banana
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. fat-free vanilla ice cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in an electric blender.
    Process until smooth.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 2 cups.
    Contains 116 calories and 0.3 g fat per 2/3 cup serving.
