Parmesan-Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. walnut oil or cooking oil
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together the egg, milk and oil.
Add to flour mixture, stirring until combined.
Stir in 3/4 cup of nuts. Turn into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Sprinkle the remaining nuts over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove loaf from pan; cool completely on a wire rack. Wrap and store overnight before slicing.
