Taco Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. self-rising flour
    warm water
    1/2 c. shortening or oil
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. sliced black olives
    1 can red beans
    1 head shredded lettuce
    2 lb. browned hamburger
    taco seasoning
    taco sauce
Preparation
    Mix enough warm water to flour to be able to knead dough. Also add oil to flour.
    Let set for 2 hours.
    Just before meal, break off pieces, approximately 1/2 cup and spread out and fry in hot 400\u00b0
    oil.
    Makes about 12 tacos, plate-sized.
    Layer other ingredients on the fry bread.
    Fun to do and eat.
