Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. orange flavoring
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy, then add sugar, oil and vanilla; beat well. Stir in zucchini. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices. Add flour mixture to zucchini mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased, floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Let cool before serving. Yields 2 loaves.
