Roasted Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pumpkin seeds
    lightly salted water
Preparation
    Thoroughly clean seeds.
    Cover with lightly salted water and soak for 1 to 2 hours.
    Pour seeds into strainer, discarding soaking water.
    Lay seeds in single layer on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, stirring occasionally, until dry/crisp, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Watch to prevent burning.
