Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. mashed banana pulp
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
    Mix together bananas and milk in a low bowl, mashing bananas.
    Add alternately with dry ingredients.
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 2 greased loaf pans for 45 minutes or until done.
